  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs processing or courier delays.

  • We ship from our international fulfillment network. This allows us to offer free worldwide shipping while maintaining quality and reliability.

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    To start a return, email us at support@sweetdwell.com with your order number and reason for return.

    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your delivery.

    If you do not receive tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please contact us at support@sweetdwell.com.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout.

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@sweetdwell.com. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. SweetDwell is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
